The LED recessed downlight DILED 68 impresses with its minimalist design and compact dimensions, featuring a diameter of 8.5 cm and an installation depth of only 3.2 cm. It is made of robust die-cast aluminum and plastic, ensuring high durability. With a power consumption of only 6 watts, it produces bright, ultra warm white to extra warm white light with a color temperature that can be dimmed from 2700K down to 2100K. This so-called Dim-to-Warm feature creates a pleasant lighting atmosphere that can be individually adjusted.

Powerful and Efficient Lighting

The downlight delivers a luminous flux of 360 lumens, which corresponds to a conventional 40-watt incandescent bulb. The light distribution is direct, and the beam angle is 36°, creating a clearly defined light cone. Thanks to the very good color rendering index (CRI) of 95, colors are particularly natural and vivid. The patented plastic lens and reflector ensure glare-free illumination and make the appearance hardly distinguishable from halogen lamps.

Flexible Swivel Range and Easy Installation

The spotlight insert of the DILED 68 can be swiveled by 50°, 25° to each side, allowing precise light alignment. The recessed downlight is connected directly to 230V mains voltage via a simple clamp connection. Installation is done by mounting it into the ceiling, with a drill hole size between 6.8 and 7.5 cm. The scope of delivery includes the LED module, the required driver, and spring clips, which enable quick and secure installation.

Durability and High Switching Endurance

With an average lifespan of 50,000 hours and a high switching endurance of up to 100,000 switching cycles, the LED downlight is extremely reliable and long-lasting. The passive heat dissipation via the aluminum housing ensures a low surface temperature, further extending the lifespan. The integrated LED driver guarantees powerful operation at a mains frequency of 50/60 Hz and a power factor of 0.9.
