Innovative Recessed Spotlight Set Made from Recycled Ocean Plastic

The LED recessed spotlight set LOOP-R combines modern technology with sustainable design. The housing is made from 100% recycled ocean plastic, which has been filtered from the sea and carefully processed. Especially fishing nets serve as raw material, making an important contribution to environmental protection. The robust polyamide housing is durable and fully recyclable, ensuring an optimal raw material cycle. The housing of the LED driver is also made from the same sustainable material.

Efficient and Pleasant Light Quality

The fixed LED spotlight delivers warm white light with a color temperature of 3000 Kelvin and a luminous flux of 450 lumens at only 5 watts power consumption. With a color rendering index of over 90, the light provides natural and vivid color reproduction. Thanks to the 38° wide beam angle and the high-gloss reflector, the light is evenly and directly distributed. This creates a rotationally symmetrical, deep-wide light cone that is ideal for various lighting situations.

Flexible and Easy Installation with Through-Wiring

The set is designed for recessed installation and fits standard drill holes with a diameter of 68 mm. The maximum ceiling thickness must not exceed 13 mm. The mounting is secure and quick by means of spring clips. A special feature is the possibility of through-wiring, meaning the installation of several luminaires in series, which significantly simplifies the connection. The mains connection is made via a practical terminal and plug & play connector on the external driver, which is included in the scope of delivery.

Individually Swiveling Spotlight for Optimal Light Accents

The spotlight insert can be swiveled on both sides by 20°, allowing precise lighting accents to be set. This flexibility enables individual adaptation to the lighting concept and ensures glare-free illumination. The round shape of the luminaire with a visible diameter of 8.2 cm blends unobtrusively into the overall appearance, while the shallow installation depth of 3.8 cm allows for space-saving integration.

Complete and Environmentally Friendly Equipment

The set includes, in addition to the fixed LED module, the electronic dimmable driver, through-wiring components, spring clips, and connection cables. A dimmer is optionally available, with dimming done via phase-cut control. The luminaire is certified according to protection class 2 and designed for ambient temperatures from -20 to +25 °C. Weighing only 0.194 kg, the set is particularly lightweight and easy to handle – a well-thought-out combination of technology, design, and sustainability.
