The powder-coated and painted surface ensures a premium appearance and durability. With dimensions of 5.6 x 5.6 cm and an installation depth of only 8.5 cm, the luminaire integrates unobtrusively into any ceiling. The surrounding edge also gives the spotlight a stylish and modern touch.

Technically Advanced LED Lighting

The downlight operates with a powerful COB LED module, offering a light output of 385 lumens at only 5 watts power consumption. The color temperature of 2700 Kelvin produces a pleasantly extra warm white light, creating a cozy atmosphere. The very good color rendering with a CRI value above 90 guarantees natural and vibrant colors. With a luminous efficacy of 89 lumens per watt, the luminaire is also energy-efficient and long-lasting, with an average lifespan of up to 50,000 hours.

Special Light Quality and Glare-Free Illumination

The PIRRO 1.0 downlight has a narrow beam angle of 32 degrees and directs the light straight downward. This makes the luminaire ideal for targeted object lighting. Thanks to the high glare control with a UGR value below 16, the luminaire is also suitable for screen workstations and meets the requirements of DIN EN 12464-1 for glare-free lighting. Thus, the downlight offers an optimal combination of comfort and functionality.

Easy Installation and Flexible Dimming

The PIRRO 1.0 can be installed without tools using the included clip springs, which guarantee secure recessed mounting. The LED module is firmly installed and cannot be replaced, simplifying the installation. The luminaire operates at a supply voltage of 9 volts DC with 500 mA constant current. The external LED driver is not included but allows flexible choice of dimming types, including switchable, phase-cut, or DALI, depending on the driver used.

Versatility and Accessories

The PIRRO 1.0 recessed downlight is part of a larger series that includes both recessed and surface-mounted versions, ideal for various lighting tasks. The scope of delivery includes not only the luminaire itself but also clip springs and plug connectors to facilitate installation.
